Smart High-Pressure Misting System
Landscape fog, cooling, humidification and air purification in one system
View detailsA fixed atomising system for waste transfer stations, treatment plants, composting yards and recycling depots. Diluted deodorant is broken into fine droplets and released into the air above the working area.
Operation is normally cyclic and zoned, so the strongest odour sources — tipping halls, loading bays and bunkers — are treated more often than the rest of the site.

Typical working pressure is 70–100 bar for fine landscape fog (droplet size 1–15 μm) and 40–70 bar for outdoor mosquito control, where larger droplets are wanted so the repellent stays in the air longer.
One pump unit covers roughly 500–2,000 m² for cooling and landscape fog, and roughly 300–1,500 m² for mosquito control, depending on nozzle layout, pipe length and wind conditions. Send us a site plan and we will size it for you.
Under dry, hot conditions a correctly sized system typically lowers the perceived temperature in the treated zone by about 5–10 °C (9–18 °F). We will confirm the expectation for your site before you order.
Municipal tap water is normally suitable. We recommend an inlet filter (and softener where water is hard) to protect nozzles. Flow requirement depends on nozzle count — we calculate it in the proposal.

Odour complaints come from the boundary, but odour is generated in specific places. Treat the sources on a cycle and the boundary looks after itself.
Read the guide →Manual spraying is cheap to start and expensive to run. Fixed atomisation costs more upfront and less every day after that.
