Smart High-Pressure Misting System
Landscape fog, cooling, humidification and air purification in one system
View detailsStable 70–100 bar pump unit with multi-zone control
The pump unit is the heart of a misting system. Our plunger-pump unit holds a steady working pressure of 70–100 bar, which is what produces droplets in the 1–15 μm range instead of a wet spray.
Units are available in 1.5 kW, 2.2 kW and 3.0 kW motor sizes and can drive several independent zones, so different parts of a site can be misted on their own schedule.
| Working pressure | 70–100 bar |
|---|---|
| Droplet size | 1–15 μm |
| Unit power | 1.5–7.5 kW |
| Coverage area | 500–10,000 m² (depending on pump power and nozzle count) |
| Nozzle orifice | 0.15/0.2/0.3 mm |
| Water consumption | 3–8 L/min (with power) |
| Control mode | timer / sensor-linked / remote app |
| Noise level | ≤ 65 dB (quiet-running unit) |
| Protection | dry-run, over-pressure and filter-blockage protection |
| Service life | pump unit ≥ 5 years, nozzles ≥ 2 years (periodic replacement recommended) |

Typical working pressure is 70–100 bar for fine landscape fog (droplet size 1–15 μm) and 40–70 bar for outdoor mosquito control, where larger droplets are wanted so the repellent stays in the air longer.
One pump unit covers roughly 500–2,000 m² for cooling and landscape fog, and roughly 300–1,500 m² for mosquito control, depending on nozzle layout, pipe length and wind conditions. Send us a site plan and we will size it for you.
Under dry, hot conditions a correctly sized system typically lowers the perceived temperature in the treated zone by about 5–10 °C (9–18 °F). We will confirm the expectation for your site before you order.
Municipal tap water is normally suitable. We recommend an inlet filter (and softener where water is hard) to protect nozzles. Flow requirement depends on nozzle count — we calculate it in the proposal.

There is no single price for terrace cooling, because the price is a consequence of the configuration. Here is exactly what changes it, in the order that matters.
Read the guide →Two numbers decide it: the area to be covered, and whether the nozzles cool an open area or protect a perimeter. Everything else follows.
Read the guide →On site, price is set by how many dust sources you have to treat — not by the size of the site on the drawings.
Read the guide →Water carts are mobile and simple. Fog cannons cover more area per litre. Fixed nozzles beat both at a single source. The right answer depends on whether your dust moves.
