High-Pressure Humidification System
Fine water mist for humidity control in sheds, greenhouses and workshops
View detailsA humidification system in a modern glasshouse is only as good as its control interface. What we supply is a system that responds to sensor input zone by zone; the settings come from your climate computer and your crop strategy. Two practical points decide whether it performs: sensor placement (away from nozzles and vents, at crop height) and zone granularity (a compartment with a different crop, screen or shading should have its own zone).
Pad systems add humidity only where air passes through them. Boom and sprinkler systems apply water to the crop or floor. High-pressure fogging adds moisture to the air itself, at 1–15 μm, so it evaporates before contacting leaves — which is the property that matters where leaf wetness drives disease pressure. That is also why droplet size, not water volume, is the number to settle first.
Compartments and dimensions, crop, target humidity or VPD band, existing climate control and how it communicates, water source and treatment, and the power available. We return nozzle layout per compartment, zoning, pump selection, filtration and the expected consumption (published range 3–8 L/min). Where your climate computer has spare relay or analogue outputs, we will tell you what interface is needed; where it does not, we will say so rather than promising an integration that will not work.

Request a quotation Size my systemThe system can be driven by external control signals or run from its own controller with sensor input. Send us the interface details of your climate computer (available outputs) and we will confirm what is possible before quoting.
Yes — evaporation absorbs heat, so the same system reduces temperature while raising humidity, which matters during continental summer peaks.
Rainwater or RO water is ideal and common in Dutch and German horticulture. Where water is hard, filtration is specified as standard and pre-treatment is recommended — tell us the source at enquiry stage.
